Shipping Information

  • Shipping fee:
    EQL works with EMS shipping company. If you have special requirements to use another carrier, please contact hello@eql-apparel.com for further assistance.
    Shipping fees are shown at the checkout page once your address and country has been entered.
  • Delivery time:
    Orders are processed by EQL within the same day and delivered to the shipping company. However, if there is a problem with the order and a delay occurs, EQL will contact and notify the customer.

    Estimated shipping days are shown at the checkout page once your address and country has been entered.

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you with your waybill number so you can check the status of your order. The bill of lading code will usually be updated 24 hours or more (depending on the delivery location) after the order has been sent to the carrier.

Problems with your order?

If there is any problem with the delivery, please contact us via email hello@eql-apparel.com or direct message at EQL's Facebook/Instagram. Once the parcel has been delivered to the carrier, the control will no longer be in our hands, but with the carrier instead. So make sure you do the right things below to limit the problem from happening:

  • Provide correct shipping address.
  • Make sure the postman can deliver to your address.
  • There's always someone to pick up your parcels
