Orders & support

How do I make a purchase?

  1. Your Account: You can make purchases as a guest or register an account.
  2. Modifying an Order: After completing a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed order information. If you wish to modify the order information, please email us at hello@eql-apparel.com within one hour so that we can process and make the necessary changes.
  3. Shopping Cart: In the shopping cart, you can view the contents of your order and change the quantity of items or remove products from the order.

How can I check my order status?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can click on the provided tracking link to view the delivery status of your order.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Any information regarding pre-orders or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@eql-apparel.com as soon as possible, along with your order number and the phone number used for the purchase, so that we can assist you promptly.

Please note that once an order has been prepared and shipped, we are unable to cancel the order at that time.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After completing a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed order information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Debit/ Credit card (including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Shipping & returns/exchanges

What if my package is lost or misplaced?

If your package is lost or misplaced during shipment, please email us at hello@eql-apparel.com right away. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Note: If the package has been shipped to the correct shipping address provided during checkout, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We apologize if you encounter this issue. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@eql-apparel.com, and we will resolve it for you promptly.

Can I purchase individual bra tops or leggings?

Our products are typically sold as sets, including a bra top and leggings; however, there are also individual items available for purchase (please check the product categories in the menu).
