Exchanges Information

Exchange Timeframe

International orders must be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange.

This timeframe is from the date your order is delivered to you. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after our relevant returns period.

We only offer 1 (one) exchange per order.

Product Exchange Conditions

Hygiene and customer safety is really important to us, therefore please do your best to try on, handle and repackage items with care. Items must be returned back to us in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags attached. All items will be inspected upon arrival back to our warehouse and failure to be returned in their original condition may lead to cleaning charges or refusal.

Any item(s) marked on sale are only eligible for exchange to the same item in an alternative size (subject to availability).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Whilst returns are an important part of the retail process, not all items can be returned back to us. Our non-returnable items include Socks, Headbands, Hair Accessories, Fitness Equipment and Water Bottles. 

Exchange Outcomes

Exchange for the same item in an alternative size or colour at no additional cost. Subject to price amendments.

Exchange for something different: Exchange your unwanted item(s) for anything across our website, excluding pre-order items. Any additional cost will be paid by the customer prior to us shipping the new item out. If the item you choose costs less than the return item, you can decide to receive the remaining amount as store credit, subject to policies.
*Exchanges are dependent on stock availability. 

Processing Time

We aim to process all exchanges within 10 working days of delivery to us, providing there are no issues with the return. Once we’ve received the return item, reviewed it and the item has passed our condition check process, we will email you to process your exchange and ship out the new item. 

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up securely and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you retain your proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate them (which is not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

How to exchange products?

1. Email us at hello@eql-apparel.com with your order number and the items you would like to exchange and the items you would like to exchange to.

2. Return the items to us

Please note that all return fees and delivery cost of the new item will be covered by customers.

We currently do not offer pre-paid shipping labels, please choose the shipping carrier of your choice.

3. Once we have received the exchange items (and they have passed our condition checking process), we will process the exchange and email you with any additional cost (any item cost difference and shipping fee).

4. Once we have received your payment, we will ship out the new items to you.

Returns Information
